At Mrs Snuggles, it is important to us that all our customers are happy with their purchases. If you would like to return an item, we will be happy to assist you according to the terms and conditions set out below.
In order to return any Item you must contact in the first instance firstname.lastname@example.org, or bring in person to Mrs Snuggles, 1 High Street, Exmouth, EX8 1NN within 14 days of purchase.
A refund is available with the original proof of purchase, receipt/email confirmation from Mrs Snuggles against any faulty item.
We can only issue a refund, credit note or exchange with your original receipt/email receipt, with all accessories, outfits, packaging included at the time of purchase, and with notification by email to email@example.com, using our online form by clicking HERE or in person at Mrs Snuggles shop.
We will exchange or provide a credit note or voucher for any returned product at our discretion. A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price detailed in your receipt. Please note that shipping fees, bespoke items ie: memory bears, booked parties or experiences within 7 days of the booked date and embroidered Cubbies are non-refundable.
We gladly accept returns on selected product items for exchange or refund within 28 days if faulty. Please save your receipt.
All experiences booked are non-refundable within 7 days of the booked date of the experience.
For booked parties we require a completed signed consent form with food options selected no later than 7 days before the booked party date for every child that is attending. consent forms are downloadable from our front page click HERE then click on the button of the party you have booked.
